“High-quality service for guests and good value for owners.” That’s the goal Colin Nadeau and Wendell Butcher set out to achieve in 1996 when they founded Colwen Lodging, LLC. It all began with a 108-room Residence Inn in Foxborough, MA. Since then, Colwen Lodging LLC has evolved into Colwen Management Inc., a company that develops and manages Residence Inn, SpringHill Suites, and Homewood Suites properties across the northeastern United States. Colwen Management oversees hotel properties, directs all activities within – all while maintaining standards set by Marriott and Hilton.
