Chairman & CEO
Leo is the Chairman and CEO of Colwen Management and Colwen Design & Purchasing. With Leo’s leadership, guidance and attention to detail, the organization has gained a national reputation for developing, designing and operating award-winning hotels.
Chief Revenue Officer
Julie is responsible for the Sales, Revenue and Operations for the Colwen Hotel Portfolio. Julie works directly with ownership and the hotels teams to achieve both top line and bottom line revenue goals. In addition Julie works closely with all the hotel teams to cultivate associate morale and company culture.
Chief Operating Officer
Jean is responsible for the Colwen Design and Purchasing organization, which produces all of the interior space planning and designs for new builds and renovations, as well as the procurement and installation of all furniture and finishes.
Chief Financial Officer
Dave has oversight of all corporate and property financial operations and information technology. Dave drives an accounting methodology that is vital to Colwen’s success of maximizing hotel assets while maintaining top guest satisfaction.
Senior Vice President
Terry works closely with Principal, Leo Xarras, to establish and grow the development of the company’s long term strategies for hotel management, asset management and new acquisitions.
Vice President of Human Resources
Dean oversees all facets of the Human Resources support function for the company including talent acquisition, associate relations, benefits and compensation, performance management and organizational development.
Vice President Of Operations
Jim is responsible for all of the new hotel openings in the pipeline. He works directly with all departments to open the hotels on time, within budget and in accordance with Brand and Colwen standards.
Vice President of Operations
Ron is responsible for the operations of assigned hotels within the Colwen system. He works directly with general managers and the hotel leadership teams to ensure quality customer service is delivered, financial goals are met, and brand standards are meeting expectations.
Vice President of Operations
Kim is responsible for the operations of assigned hotels within the Colwen system. She works directly with general managers and the hotel leadership teams to ensure quality customer service is delivered, financial goals are met, and brand standards are meeting expectations.
Vice President of Marketing
Matt is responsible for the marketing, advertising, e-commerce, and public relations for all hotels, including brand development, social media, content creation and digital strategies.
Chef Ken is responsible for all of the food and beverage components at all of the hotels within Colwen, including the operations and development of restaurants, lounges and banquets.
